How it all started...
Glad Tidings Church was founded in 1970 and has enjoyed a successful and fruitful ministry to the Copper Country since its founding. We have seen God move powerfully into our community throughout the years seeing many saved, baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit, and sent out in the glory and power of His name.
Expanding the vision...
We are a church committed to the Word of God. Glad Tidings exists to be a light to the Upper Peninsula community by being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. Jesus told us to "Go and make disciples" and we are committed to equipping the body of Christ to transform our community for the glory of God. We believe that the church will transform the community it is placed into, when each member of the body reaches his/her sphere of influence with the gospel.
